Setup Priority Finder

Answer five short questions about how your agency handles offboarding, access, files and renewals today. You'll get back a ranked list of the four Pinecover service areas, with the one worth starting on first.

Indicative only. These are starting suggestions based on your own answers, not an audit finding, and nothing you select here is sent, stored or seen by us.

When a producer or staff member leaves, how fast are their logins disabled?
Do all producers and staff sign in with multi-factor authentication?
Can any staff member find a client's policy file without asking a colleague?
Are SSNs, dates of birth or bank details ever stored in plain spreadsheets or email with no protection?
Do producers get an automatic reminder before a policy is due for renewal?

How the ranking is worked out

  • Identity & access: scored from your offboarding and MFA answers — the two questions most directly tied to a producer's standing access.
  • Client & policy file structure: scored from how easily staff can find a client's file today.
  • Sensitive-data classification & retention: scored from how SSNs, dates of birth and bank details are currently stored.
  • Renewal workflow & reporting: scored from whether renewal reminders are already automatic.

Higher scores mean more risk or more manual effort in that area today, so the area with the highest score is ranked first. These are starting points for a conversation, not a finished audit — the actual configuration depends on your licensing and how your agency already works.
